Large Diameter Elbows for Heavy-Wall & High-Performance Piping Systems.GX Fitting manufactures large diameter elbows for critical piping applications where accurate geometry, controlled wall thickness and dependable mechanical performance are essential. Our elbows are available in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, 254SMO, nickel alloys, Hastelloy, titanium and other special materials. Depending on diameter, thickness and material, production may involve hot forming, pressing, induction bending, welding and customized fabrication, followed by heat treatment and machining where required. We maintain strict control over material identification, forming parameters and dimensional accuracy throughout production. Chemical analysis, mechanical testing and NDT methods including UT, RT, PT and MT can be performed according to project specifications and applicable standards.

Specification Range

GX Fitting produces large diameter elbows from DN15 to DN3800 (150"), with particular expertise in oversized and heavy-wall designs. Our range includes 45° elbows, 90° elbows, 180° return bends, long radius elbows, short radius elbows and customized configurations. Products can be manufactured according to ASME B16.9, ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS, GB/T and customer-specific drawings or technical specifications. Different wall thicknesses, radii, end preparations and material grades can be accommodated according to application requirements. For large and non-standard elbows, our engineering team evaluates the forming method, material behavior, heat treatment and inspection requirements before production. Complete traceability, EN 10204 3.1 certificates and project-specific inspection documentation can be supplied.
