Large Diameter Pipe Fittings for Major EPC & Industrial Piping Systems.GX Fitting specializes in the production of large diameter pipe fittings for demanding piping systems, with manufacturing experience dating back to 1993. Our material portfolio covers carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, 254SMO, nickel alloys, Hastelloy, titanium and other special grades. Depending on product geometry and wall thickness, manufacturing may involve hot forming, pressing, forging, welding and customized fabrication. Controlled heat treatment and precision machining are applied to achieve required mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy. Throughout production, materials are identified and tracked from raw material to finished fitting. Chemical analysis, mechanical testing, dimensional inspection and NDT methods such as UT, RT, PT and MT can be arranged according to applicable standards and project requirements.

Our large diameter pipe fitting capability extends up to DN3800 (150"), making GX Fitting suitable for oversized piping systems and difficult-to-source components. We manufacture elbows, tees, reducers, caps, crosses, stub ends and other customized fittings in large dimensions and heavy wall thicknesses. Products can be manufactured according to ASME B16.9, ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS, GB/T, ANSI and customer-specific engineering specifications. Both seamless and fabricated solutions can be evaluated depending on size, material, design and technical requirements. Our engineering team reviews drawings, material specifications, wall thickness, forming methods, heat treatment and inspection requirements before production. Complete material traceability, EN 10204 3.1 certificates and project quality documentation can be supplied for international EPC applications.
