Our material range includes carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, 254SMO, nickel alloys, Hastelloy, titanium and other special grades. Depending on size and material, caps can be produced through hot forming, pressing, spinning or customized fabrication, followed by heat treatment and precision finishing. We carefully control material identification, forming parameters, wall thickness and dimensional accuracy throughout production. Chemical analysis, mechanical testing, hardness testing and NDT including UT, RT, PT and MT can be provided according to project specifications. GX Fitting has specialized in pressure piping components since 1993.
