Strengthening Regional Ties: Vietnamese Client Delegation Visits Manufacturing Facilities for Factory Audit and Technical Review

GX FITTING recently hosted a key client delegation from Vietnam for an extensive on-site factory audit and technical alignment meeting at our primary production facility.

The visit provided the Vietnamese engineering and procurement representatives with firsthand insight into our full-scale manufacturing operations, quality control protocols, and testing infrastructure.

During the comprehensive facility audit, the Vietnamese delegation toured our integrated production workshops to evaluate every stage of our manufacturing process. The team closely inspected raw material receiving and verification, hot induction bending machinery, CNC machining centers for precision flange and fitting finishing, as well as final end-beveling operations.

This hands-on walk-through allowed the representatives to review our end-to-end production workflow in detail. The client verified that all core processes—including metal forming, machining, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing (NDT)—are executed entirely 100% in-house without outsourcing, ensuring strict quality management and full material traceability.

Following the shop floor inspection, both technical teams held a dedicated project alignment session. The discussions focused on reviewing precise material specifications, EN 10204 3.1 mill test certification protocols, and delivery logistics to ensure seamless execution for upcoming piping infrastructure developments in Southeast Asia.
